Jacksonville University track and field capped off day one of the two-day Pepsi Florida Relays with a record-breaking win by senior Svenja Meyer.

After two straight record-breaking outdoor meets to begin the season, the Jacksonville University track & field team will travel to the University of Florida to compete in the historic 2014 Pepsi Florida Relays, April 3-5.

Sophomore Kree Clark earned her third overall and first of the season Atlantic Sun Outdoor Field Performer of the Week award after her UNF Spring Break finishes last Friday.

Due to heavy rain, thunder and lightning on Saturday morning, Jacksonville University track & field did not participate in the final day of the UNF Spring Break Invitational.

During day one of the two-day UNF Spring Break Invitational, Jacksonville University track and field set two new outdoor records and won six individual events.

After winning four individual events at last Saturday's outdoor season-opener, Jacksonville University track & field is back in action this weekend at the UNF Spring Break Invitational.
